Shipping a return

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Pantofola d'Oro will only accept return shipments shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis.

This means that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In the case of returns from countries outside the CEE, the cost that the customer will incur for shipping must include costs related to taxes and customs duties.

If the return shipment will not be carried out following the instructions indicated by us, Pantofola d'Oro will reserve the right to deduct the cost of shipping costs and possible duties from the refund amount.

If the value of the item you are returning exceeds $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
